The Division is headed by a Deputy Vice Chancellor, Academics, Research and Extension who is responsible for supporting the Vice Chancellor in all matters Academic Affairs, Research and Extension including academic, research and extension programmers,Library services and student’s welfare
Vision.
Welcome to Faculty of Science, Egerton University. We offer quality courses in basic and applied science for our own science students and also service courses to other faculties in the University. We have six departments namely; Biochemistry and molecular biology, Biological Sciences, Chemistry, Computer science, Mathematics and Physics. Currently, we offer 17 undergraduate and 15 graduate programs.
Welcome to the Faculty of Education and Community Studies (FEDCOS). Our vision is to be a centre of excellence in education and community development. Our mission is to generate and disseminate relevant quality knowledge in education, extension and community development. We shall continue to offer programmes that meet our stakeholders’ demands and needs.
This will ensure that our graduates continue to compete favourably in the job market. Our staff and students have made a significant contribution in the development of the nation.
