Egerton University Gate

Planning involves strategically charting the University's development path by identifying the most effective actions to achieve its short-, medium-, and long-term goals in line with its Vision and Mission. It prioritizes projects based on stakeholder needs, challenges, interests, and expectations.

The Department supports effective resource utilization by cascading the Strategic Plan and Citizen Service Charters through the Performance Contracting System, while also monitoring and evaluating the implementation of the University's Strategic, Master, and Operational Plans
