The Department is headed by the Transport Officer and comprises the Vehicle Booking Section and the Workshop Section, which work together to ensure timely and effective transport service delivery across the University.

The Transport Department is located next to the Estate Department and opposite the Industrial and Energy Engineering Department. The Department provides efficient, reliable, and safe transport services to support the University's academic, research, administrative, and outreach activities.
