Office of the Registrar Academics
The Office of the Registrar (Academic Affairs) serves as the central hub for the university's academic administration.
We are tasked with overseeing the entire student lifecycle, including the implementation of policy guidelines on academic planning, managing student admissions, maintaining accurate academic records, and coordinating university examinations.
Directorate of Research &Extension
The Division is charged with research administration; delivery of extension outreach and consultancy services; documentation of research outputs; workshops and conference.
Campuses
Egerton University has two (2) Campuses and one Campus College. The main Campus is based at Njoro and houses the Faculties of Agriculture, Arts and Social Sciences, Education and Community Studies, Engineering and Technology, Environment and Resources Development, Science and Veterinary Medicine and Surgery. The Njoro Campus also houses the Board of Undergraduate Studies and Field Attachment, and the Board of Postgraduate Studies.

Faculties
At the core of Egerton University’s rich academic heritage are its diverse Faculties, which serve as the primary foundational pillars for instructional excellence, specialized research, and community outreach.Operating under the oversight of the Division of Academics, Research, and Extension, these faculties are the academic engines where knowledge is generated and passed down. Each faculty is distinctively designed to spearhead specialized training
Student Affairs
The Office of the Dean of Students is dedicated to fostering the personal, social, and academic growth of students outside the classroom environment. This office acts as the primary bridge between the student body and the university administration, ensuring a supportive, safe, and vibrant campus life
University Library
At the heart of the institution's scholarly pursuits is the Egerton University Library System. Egerton University has a well established and equipped Library that serves the university’s learning and research information needs. Working in tandem with the Division of Academics, Research, and Extension, the library acts as a gateway to global knowledge by providing extensive physical collections, advanced digital repositories, and comprehensive electronic journals.
Admissions
The Admissions Office is the primary gateway to Egerton University, serving as the first point of contact for all incoming national and international students. Operating under the Office of the Registrar (Academic Affairs), this department is responsible for managing the entire entry pipeline with efficiency, transparency, and integrity.
